We anticipate you will be delighted with your new purchase from Brown & Co. Returns due to change of mind are at the discretion of Brown & Co. If we accept a return, we offer an exchange or in-store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds.
If we agree to a return, the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original, unopened condition and presented with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
Commissioned works, layby items, and sale and discounted items are final sales. They cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, other than for circumstances covered by the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. Items that a customer has damaged are unable to be returned.
Please be aware that computer monitor colours can vary, and hand-crafted and natural pieces are unique. There may be slight variations in the item you receive and how it looks on our website.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The return of the item is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Returns remain your responsibility until it reaches Brown & Co.
